At this exciting time in our company, ABC stone has an opportunity for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is able to manage inside sales activities by performing the essential duties and responsibilities personally or through Sales Support Team members. Must have the ability to build long-term relationships and provide outstanding follow-up.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Works on Leads and Opportunities coming from Info @, Calls, Walk Ins, VP of Sales & Pre-Existing Clients
  • Capture all necessary client information and enter in SalesForce
  • Qualify the lead source correctly SF
  • Proper use of the CRM events connected to a Sales Order (SPS)
  • Follow all SOPs as assigned
  • Meets with clients to discuss and develop leads, create architectural specifications and select materials suitable for the intended application
  • Introduce and explain materials and products to clients
  • Drive sales opportunities by following up on leads and conducting product demonstrations
  • Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs, share best practices, drive sales initiatives & the overall sales process
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
  • Maintaining potential and current projects in SalesForce
  • Provide client support and customer service via phone, email and in person
  • Set up Zoom and Conference Calls
  • Conduct meeting and presentation both in person at the showroom and remotely
  • Conduct viewings
  • Participate in all Sales Meetings as requested
  • Work with VP of Sales & Showroom Team Leaders on sales goals
  • Prospect, qualify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads
  • Build and maintain relationships with new & existing customers to ensure repeat business
  • Continuingly learn new products
  • Knowledge of all products and services and ability to explain material and products to clients
  • Follow-up on projects/quotes
  • Discuss Special Orders with SPO Team & relay information to clients
  • Work with Outside Sales Reps
  • Attend Business Events & Training sessions both on-site & off-site
  • Welcoming and greeting clients as necessary
  • Adhere to ABC Worldwide Stone Policies and Procedures
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Experience with SalesForce

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • At least two years related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Regularly required to talk or hear
  • Occasional standing, walking & reaching with hands or arms
  • Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 commensurate with experience
